Your order will be handled by a local florist, who will take care of preparation and delivery as quickly as possible. We will send you a delivery confirmation by email or SMS within 24 hours.
2) What happens if the recipient is not at home / at the delivery address?
Our partner florist will do their best to deliver the flowers to the address provided. After attempting delivery, our florist will leave a business card and try to contact the recipient later by phone. If the florist encounters difficulties in delivering the flowers or reaching the recipient, they will inform us immediately. You will then be promptly informed of the situation either by phone or email.
3) Where can I enter special instructions?
If you have additional information regarding the delivery, such as a second phone number or another address, please feel free to inform us by writing to us via the contact page on our website. We will immediately pass on this information to our florist to facilitate the delivery of your order.
4) When will the order be delivered, and at what time?
We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. Our partner florists will make the delivery during their respective service hours. Please note that opening hours may vary slightly from one shop to another. If you would like your flowers to reach the recipient at a specific time, please contact us by writing to us via the contact page on our website. Our florist will do their best to arrange delivery at the specified time.
5) How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, have the reference number of your order ready, write to us on the contact page of our website stating your order number.
6) How do I modify an order?
If you need to change the delivery details of an order, write to us on the contact page of our website stating your order number. Any modifications must be made before the delivery date, otherwise our florist may have already delivered the flowers.
7) How do I know if Localflorist.ch has received my order?
Localflorist.ch has recorded your order as soon as you receive our order confirmation with the personal reference number. Please keep this order number safe, as it will be required for any questions or assistance requests regarding your order.
8) How do I know if my order has been delivered successfully?
Localflorist.ch guarantees the delivery of each order on the desired date during the local opening hours of our florists. If, for any reason, the order could not be delivered, our customer service will contact you as soon as the florist informs us of the inability to deliver. In the absence of any call or letter from us, you can be certain that the flowers have been delivered with the freshness and quality that distinguish localflorist.ch. If you believe that the order has not been delivered, write to us on the contact page of our website, mentioning your order number and the reasons why you believe it has not been delivered.
9) What payment methods are accepted on the Localflorist.ch website?
Currently, LesFleurs.ch LocalFlorist accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Postcard, Invoice, advance payment, and TWINT. Other payment methods are under consideration. All order information is verified and may require additional information. In this case, the order may be suspended.
10) How long do flowers last? How can I take care of them?
To preserve the freshness of your flowers and prolong their lifespan, we recommend following these care tips. Make sure to change or add water daily, as this will hydrate the flowers and prevent them from wilting prematurely.
To maximize the freshness and longevity of your flowers, you can also add a preservation sachet provided with your order. This sachet contains nutrients that will help the flowers stay vibrant longer.
It is important to keep your flowers in a comfortable room temperature environment, away from direct sunlight. Sunlight can accelerate the wilting process.
By following these careful care steps, you can enjoy your flowers for about five days.
11) When can I get personalized advice?
Our opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 12:00 / 13:30 – 17:00 Saturday 09:00 - 12:00 write to us on the contact page of our website and our customer service will advise you and answer all your questions.
12) What information is required for deliveries to hotels?
Please provide the following information: name and full address of the hotel - hotel phone number (if available) - room number (if available) - tour operator's name (if available). and of course, specify the full name of the recipient.
13) What information is required for deliveries to hospitals?
Please provide the following information: name and full address of the hospital- hospital phone number (if available) - hospital department name and/or number - maiden name of the recipient if the order is going to the maternity ward. and of course, specify the full name of the recipient. Please note that some hospitals do not allow flowers in the intensive care unit. In this case, we will inform you and the florist will stay in close contact with the hospital staff to deliver the flowers as soon as the patient is allowed to receive them.

15) I received multiple confirmation messages. Will my order be processed multiple times?
If you clicked multiple times on the 'Submit my order' button, you will receive multiple confirmation messages. Do not worry - your order will only be processed once. Each order is processed manually, and duplicate orders are eliminated.
